Scope: These are "promotions sent out by the judge and chancellor" that deal with the filling of lay positions. The series provides a thorough description of the position and goes into detail concerning how it was filled. This series is similar in scope and content to other Datary series including Decretorum (ID VATV10030-A), Decretorum cum consensus (ID VATV10029-A), Consensuum (ID VATV10031-A), and Nomini (ID VATV10026-A). The Datary series Computa officiorum (ID VATV10039-A) complements these series by outlining all the payments that had to be made upon assuming an office.
